Interested in booking an event, booking a band showcase, or securing the cafe for a meeting or special purpose? Along with hosting local-to-international music performances, the cafe acts as a gallery for visual artists, and a day or evening event facility for many types of special events: book signings, corporate meetings, audition facility, showcasing, film and video location shoots, receptions, benefits, political rallies, film screenings, master classes, and rehearsal facility.

All booking and event info may be submitted by completing the event request form below. Include as much detail about your needs regarding preferred dates and times, entertainment, private or public, entry fee, budget, technical, number of attendees etc. and then submit. We will contact you as soon as it is received.

If you need help in building your event please ask us about our chef's catering menu, live music, DJs, models, videographers, photographers, artists, graphic designers, printers and promotional capabilities.

If your are an agent, manager, or a band member that is interested in a booking please send your package for review.

We prefer to receive music samples, bio, press and pictures in a digital format via email to info@apachecafe.info.

If you have a website that includes these items you may include the link in an email or within the event request form.
