Game Rebellion
Game Rebellion has been making big waves on the New York Afro-punk/Black Rock scene for about three years. In that short time they've ventured out even further out to slam heads rock houses and muddy the lilywhite waters of alt-rock from NYC and Cali to Puerto Rico and the UK. They just may be the best-kept secret in music right now (their vaunted endorsement sealed with a kiss from Sade notwithstanding).

A band of rowdy brothers with higher education pedigrees--Yohimbe and Netic have college paper, Chief Med is a qualified acupuncturist-- they've got nice skills on the mic and book learned brains and aren't afraid if today's dumbered-down hiphop knows it. They're no strangers to the classroom, the rehearsal room, the protest line or one suspects, given their brand of gangsta-militancy, the police.

reklein
reklein came about in 2004 first as a record label. it was formed to bring a group of friends together under one umbrella. though their styles differed greatly, they all shared a love for electronic music. this never panned out and reklein went to the wayside until now. 2 of the friends/musicians, hans grubb and andrew velker, decided to work on a new project and try to fit their 2 styles together. since this fit so closely with what was trying to be done before, they decided to stick with the same moniker.

hans grubb and andrew velker have been making music for over 9 years, and worked on projects together off and on (nimbus and have recently been featured on each others works nurv/recode (walking on water, cambric, roane, dancing shadows). together they bring the best of both worlds. with hans' ability of abstract arrangements, and detailed drum and glitch programming to andrew's ambient, moody texture based electronic feel. together they provide a great listening experience.

Third Creek
Water naturally flows in any and every direction, but every once in a while a miraculous spectacle occurs. Three creeks submerge and unify. This is where the creativity begins. The fusion of live melodic and synthetic sounds, intoxicating harmonies, and realistic narratives create Third Creek. This interesting collaboration of art allows our audience members to experience every aspect of music, whether it is hip hop, rock, soul or poetry...

Welcome to Third Creek. With the passion of Bob Marley, and the fearlessness of Johnny Cash, the poet Miggie9 flows in and out of time through his rapping and poetry. Born and raised in Fayetteville, Georgia, Miggie9 began his rapping career in high school but adopted poetry as his new gateway for expression shortly after. Enter Marvin's smooth, captivating vocals to create an experience which grasps the ears as well as the soul of the listener. With inspiration found in Sade, Lily Allen, and Sufjan Stevens, his unique influences molded his sound into an interesting but necessary element found in Third Creek. Influenced by artists ranging from Jojo Mayer to Miles Davis, Court fuses technical rhythmic ideas with melodic flow behind the drumset to help link the various voices found in the musical experience. On the six string we have the talented Nick who is heavily influenced by guitar greats such as Santana, Brad Paisley, and Hendrix. This creates a simple yet complex mixture of tone and technique that can only be identified as Third Creek. Finally we have David's smooth chordal textures inspired by John Coltrane, Richard Smallwood and The Roots. His ear for the music, his talent for the keyboard, and his production make him truly necessary to create the sound foundation known to the masses as Third Creek.
